Buttercream Icing Recipe

I wanted to make a quick stop in before adding the unicorn tutorial to let you know what recipe I use when I make buttercream icing. I have found that the best recipe I have ever used is Sharon Zambito's recipe. It has a wonderful flavor and is so easy to use. You can find the recipe in her video Perfecting the Art of Buttercream - DVD!!

I bought this video some time ago and I have to say it is a MUST to own. If you want perfect buttercream cake then this is the video for you. Very easy to follow and slap full of tips. It is worth every penny!! It truly took our cakes to a new level. I can not stress how important this video was to our cakes. :)

She also has a fondant video but I haven't got to try it yet. That is next on my list. :)
